QA Engineer
We are looking for a QA Engineer to test our networking and cloud services solution, especially for the purpose of building automated test suites and infrastructure to run those test suites.
Your Past and Present
- A BS degree in Computer Science.
- Prior experience designing , building and running automated tests.
- Prior experience testing Web services.
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols such as DHCP, DNS, VPNs, SSL, routing, 802.1x, and 802.11.
Your Future with Pareto
- Design & build automated test suites for both our Web service and networking devices.
- Add new tests to cover problems found by customers and to emulate customer environments.
- Build automated test suites to validate performance requirements.
Sr. Web Development Engineer
We are looking for a Web development engineer to add to our team to enhance the user interface and infrastructure of our cloud solution.
Your Past and Present
- A BS degree in Computer Science. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience developing high-volume, high-impact Web sites.
- Prior experience developing in a LAMP framework.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and mySQL.

- Design & build new infrastructure for data handling and processing/reporting.

Sr. Device Engineer
We are seeking to add to our device team an embedded systems engineer to enhance the code that runs on our networking devices.
Your Past and Present
- A BS degree in Computer Science. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Numerous years of prior experience building embedded systems, especially in networking.
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols such as DHCP, DNS, VPNs, SSL, routing, 802.1x, and 802.11.
- Fluency in C and various scripting languages.

Sr. Web Services Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Engineer that knows Web services inside-out, especially at a large scale.
Your Past and Present
- Years of experience building large-scale Web services
- Experience working with large datasets
- Prior experience with cloud providers (such as Linode, EC2, Rackspace, etc)
- Experience in a LAMP framework, plus Java, Javascript and Linux shell scripting
- Experience with network management and networking devices
- A BS degree in Computer Science

Web Services Operations Engineer
We are looking for an Engineer to help operate our Web service and continually improve our operational procedures.
Your Past and Present
- Years of sysadmin experience for redundant, geographically diverse Web services
- Extensive experience automating Web services deployment and updates
- Prior experience with cloud providers (such as Linode, EC2, Rackspace, etc)
- Prior experience with continuous integration solution (such as Hudson)
- Experience in a LAMP framework, plus Java, Javascript and Linux shell scripting
- A BS degree in Computer Science

- Run and improve the change control process.
- Operate Pareto’s Web service, including routine maintenance and upgrades.
- Monitor the Web service and address any abnormal conditions.
Global Channel Marketing Manager
The Global Channel Marketing Manager is a full-time position on the Pareto Networks marketing team, responsible for supporting indirect revenue growth and company awareness through an expanding network of technology resellers and partners worldwide.
Your Past and Present
- 8-10 years related marketing experience in the high-tech industry
- Minimum of 5 years partner marketing and/or channel enablement experience
- Demonstrated success in driving business through indirect channels
- Experience marketing to corporate IT functions in Fortune 1000 enterprises strongly desired
- Experience with the following industry verticals strongly desired: Financial services, healthcare & government
- Travel domestically and internationally (in-person partner meetings and industry events)

- Develop, implement and maintain Pareto’s channel enablement and technology partner programs
- Manage the creation, production and update cycle of a portfolio of channel sales tools
- Drive public relations efforts and partner-related announcements
- Manage relationship and specific co-marketing efforts with key strategic OEM partners
- Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners
- Define metrics and measure program effectiveness and partner satisfaction

Sr. Product Manager – Cloud Services
Will work closely with the VP, Marketing & Product Management to define and prioritize new features and capabilities for Pareto’s global cloud services infrastructure in order to drive revenue and market share. The product manager will be expected to work closely with product marketing and sales teams to understand customer requirements.
Your Past and Present
- Minimum of eight years in technology product management
- At least two years experience in a high-growth early-stage private company, ideally serving large enterprise customers
- Background in communications networking - hardware & software a plus
- Substantial hands-on experience in delivering collateral and sales tools
Your Future with Pareto
- Demonstrated understanding and implementation of cloud architectures and products.
- Experience driving platform requirements, with focus on scalability, reliability, security, supportability, business continuity planning and performance.
- Excellent technical and operational understanding of large scale, multi-tenant cloud applications and services a must have.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment a plus
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable in a dynamic, intense environment
- Hands-on style, delivering materials quickly and efficiently
- Able to be productive in a lean operating environment with minimal support
